Revocation Notice definition

Revocation Notice means a written notice served by the Freight Customer on Network Rail and an Appointed Operator pursuant to Clause 5.1.7 substantially in the form of Part B of Schedule 3;
Revocation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b)(i).
Revocation Notice is defined in Section 3.7(g)(ii).

  • Seller shall specify in its Revocation Notice what percentage of lost PGC funding it is willing to accept to continue to perform under this Transaction (not exceeding 100%).
