Revolver Administrative Agent definition

Revolver Administrative Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Revolver Administrative Agent means Citibank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement and with respect to the Revolver, together with any of its successors or assigns in any capacity.

Revolver Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent for the lenders under the Revolver Loan Documents (together with any successor thereto in such capacity).

Examples of Revolver Administrative Agent in a sentence

• In the absence of a designation by the Borrower as described in the preceding sentence, the Revolver Administrative Agent shall, subject to the above, make such designation in its reasonable discretion with a view, but no obligation, to minimize breakage costs owing under Section 2.11.

• Cash Collateral shall be maintained in blocked, interest bearing deposit accounts with the Revolver Administrative Agent.

• The Revolver Administrative Agent shall have exclusive dominion and control, including the exclusive right of withdrawal, over such account.
