Revolving Credit Collateral definition

Revolving Credit Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any Revolving Credit Obligations.

Revolving Credit Collateral means all now owned or hereafter acquired Collateral other than the Term Priority Lien Collateral and the Subordinated Lien Collateral, including, without limitation:
Revolving Credit Collateral means (a) all Accounts and Related Contracts, (b) all Inventory, (c) all Related Assets, (d) all Account Collateral and (e) Intellectual Property to the extent necessary to sell, transfer, convey or otherwise dispose of the Accounts and Inventory.

Revolving Credit Collateral means all now owned or hereafter acquired: (a) Accounts, other than “payment intangibles” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) which constitute identifiable proceeds of Shared Collateral, (b) all Inventory or documents of title for any Inventory; (c) Deposit Accounts, Securities Accounts (including all cash, marketable securities and other funds held in or on deposit in either of the foregoing) Instruments (including Intercompany Notes of Subsidiaries) and Chattel Paper; provided, however, that to the extent that Instruments or Chattel Paper constitute identifiable proceeds of Shared Collateral or Separate Collateral or other identifiable proceeds of Shared Collateral or Separate Collateral are deposited or held in any such Bank Accounts or Securities Accounts after an Enforcement Notice, then (as provided in Section 3.5 below) such Instruments, Chattel Paper or other identifiable proceeds shall be treated as Shared Collateral or Separate Collateral, as the case may be; (d) Revolving Credit General Intangibles; (e) Records, “supporting obligations” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) and related Letters of Credit, commercial tort claims or other claims and causes of action, in each case, to the extent related primarily to any of the foregoing; and (f) substitutions, replacements, accessions, products and proceeds (including, without limitation, insurance proceeds, licenses, royalties, income, payments, claims, damages and proceeds of suit) of any or all of the foregoing.
Revolving Credit Collateral means all Collateral in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted at any time to any Revolving Credit Secured Party as security for any Revolving Credit Obligation (including, but not limited to, Accounts, Capital Stock, Chattel Paper, Intellectual Property, Documents, General Intangibles, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letters of Credit and Letter of Credit Rights, Supporting Obligations, Deposit Accounts, cash or cash equivalents, Commercial Tort Claims, Equipment, Goods, Real Property, and accessions to, substitutions for, and replacements, Proceeds and products of the foregoing, together with all books and records, customer lists, credit files, computer files, programs, printouts, and other computer materials and records related thereto and any General Intangibles at any time evidencing or relating to any of the foregoing, and all other assets of each Loan Party now or hereafter as set forth in the Revolving Credit Security Documents).
Revolving Credit Collateral shall have the meaning given such term by the Intercreditor Agreement.
Revolving Credit Collateral means all accounts, inventory, and deposit accounts of the Debtor and any of its Subsidiaries that have granted a Lien in such Collateral to Revolving Credit Lender, any and all instruments taken in connection with any accounts, all books and records of the Debtor and any such Subsidiary to the extent that such books and records relate to any of the foregoing, and any and all proceeds of any of the foregoing, including proceeds of proceeds. As used in this definition, "accounts," "inventory," "deposit accounts," "instruments," and "proceeds" have the meanings ascribed thereto in Article 9 of the UCC.
