Revolving Line Portion means at any time, with respect to each Lender, the obligation, if any, of such Lender to consider requests to make Loans, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate amount of such Lender’s Revolving Credit Exposure at such time hereunder, as such obligation may be (aaaa) reduced from time to time pursuant to Sections 2.6 or 2.16(b), or (bbbb) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 10.4. The initial amount of each Lender’s Revolving Line Portion is set forth below its name on its signature page hereto, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable.
