Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Screen Rate Determination on an Interest Determination Date, the duration specified in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Accrual Period, ignoring any adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(c)(ii).
Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.
Duration means the warranty period. This period may be a stated period of time, amount of usage, or the occurrence of a specified event, after formal acceptance of delivery, for the Government to assert a contractual right for the correction of defects.
Range During Sampling or "(RDS)" as a sample type means the maximum and minimum of all values recorded as a result of analyzing each grab sample of; 1) a Composite Sample, or, 2) a Grab Sample Average. For those Permittee with pH meters that provide continuous monitoring and recording, Range During Sampling means the maximum and minimum readings recorded with the continuous monitoring device during the Composite or Grab Sample Average sample collection.
Strike Period means from and including 15 August 2024 to and including 19 August 2024
Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.
Free-Standing Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is not granted in tandem with an Option Right.
Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.
Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.
Acceleration Right means the Participant’s right, in certain circumstances, to exercise its outstanding Option as to all or any of the Common Shares in respect of which such Option has not previously been exercised and which the Participant is entitled to exercise, including in respect of Common Shares not otherwise vested at such time;
Desired Due Date means the desired service activation date as requested by CLEC on a service order.
Range During Month or "(RDM)" as a sample type means the lowest and the highest values of all of the monitoring data for the reporting month.
Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.
Service Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c).
Licence Period , in relation to a licence, means each calendar year during which, or during any part of which, the licence is in force;
Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.
Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;
Freestanding SAR means an SAR that is granted independently of any Options, as described in Article 7 herein.
Option Period means the period during which an Option may be exercised.
Expiration Date has the meaning specified in Section 104.
Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.
Beyond use date means the date determined by a pharmacist and placed on a
Run-out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.
Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.
Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.
