Rights Offering Record Date definition

Rights Offering Record Date has the meaning set forth in the Rights Offering Procedures.
Rights Offering Record Date means the date following the Confirmation Date, as determined by New EFH, as of which an Entity must be a record Holder of Rights Offering Allowed Claims in order to be eligible to be a Rights Offering Participant.
