RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT definition

RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT means the account contemplated in regulation 10(3); “Rules” for purposes of the Pension Funds Act and these Regulations, means –
RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT means the RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT
RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT means the account established in terms of Rule 13.4;

  • Custodian may, in accordance with its commercial lending practices, enter into a credit facility with Principal for use with the operation of the Account.

  • On any Payment Date for which there are funds on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Account, the Paying Agent shall withdraw such amounts from the Basis Risk Reserve Account and deposit such amounts in the Collection Account, and from the Collection Account shall apply the Net Swap Receipt as Interest Funds and shall make payments specified in the order and priority described in Section 6.02 above.

  • On any Payment Date for which there are funds on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Account, the Indenture Trustee (or the Paying Agent on behalf of the Indenture Trustee) shall withdraw such amounts from the Basis Risk Reserve Account and deposit such amounts in the Collection Account, and from the Collection Account shall apply the Group 1 Percentage of such Net Swap Receipt as Interest Funds for Group 1 and shall make payments specified in the order and priority described in Section 6.02 above.

  • On each Distribution Date as to which there is a Basis Risk Shortfall Amount payable to the Offered Certificates, the Securities Administrator has been directed by the Class C Certificateholders to, and therefore will, deposit into the Basis Risk Reserve Account the amounts described in Section 5.01(a)(III)(xv), rather than distributing such amounts to the Class C Certificateholders.

  • Any Net Swap Receipts shall be deposited by the Swap Counterparty into the Basis Risk Reserve Account in accordance with the terms of the Swap Agreements.

  • The Basis Risk Reserve Account will be part of the Trust but not part of any REMIC and any payments to the Holders of the Offered Certificates of Basis Risk Shortfall Amounts will not be payments with respect to a “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Code Section 860(G)(a)(1).

More Definitions of RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT

RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT means the account contemplated in regulation 10(3);

Related to RISK RESERVE ACCOUNT

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Interest Reserve Account As defined in Section 3.4(d).

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Ground Rent Account and any other escrow account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account and the Debt Service Account).

  • Replacement Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

For this purpose, the "Excess Spread Percentage" for any Monthly Period shall be equal to the Series Adjusted Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Reserve Account Deposit Cash or Eligible Investments having a value of at least $2,802,496.17.
