Risk to the individual s personal health and safety” means an individual has substantial needs in one or more areas that without paid supports put the individual at serious risk of danger, injury or harm (as determined through the needs assessment; see Attachment D).

Examples of Risk to the individual in a sentence

  • Risk to the individual – e.g. through communication/sending application documents and other documents via unencrypted e-mail on one’s own responsibility – cannot be ruled out and is the responsibility of the data subject.

  • Risk to the individual resident is clearly identified on a colour coded care plan.

  • Risk to the individual appears to be a key concern to those who are predisposed to rigidly adhere to the manual and handbook.

  • Covered individual means a person or entity who is a member of any of the following classes:
