To the extent Mortgage Loans serviced under RMSR 2.0 are transferred to a third party while this Agreement is still in effect, Deal-Level UPB will be based on the month-end UPB immediately preceding such transfer date.
Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:
Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.
Model 4 seller means a seller that is registered under the agreement and is not a model 1 seller, model 2 seller, or model 3 seller.
MIC A mortgage insurance certificate issued by HUD.
PSD means preschool programs for children with disabilities as
SRS means the scheme referred to by the Ministry of Finance as the Supplementary Retirement Scheme or such other scheme as shall replace or supersede the Supplementary Retirement Scheme from time to time.
Model PSA means that certain pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of July 1, 2023, relating to the BBCMS Mortgage Trust 2023-C20 securitization.
APCEC means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
Gram Sabha means a body consisting of persons registered in the electoral rolls relating to a village comprised within the area of Panchayat at the village level;
Manifest tracking number means the alphanumeric identification number (i.e., a unique three letter suffix preceded by nine numerical digits), which is pre-printed in Item 4 of the Manifest by a registered source.
TMA means the Taxes Management Xxx 0000;
Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

SCCs means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and implemented by the European Commission decision 2021/914, dated 4 June 2021.
Black People is a generic term which means Africans, Coloureds and Indians;
Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
PSR means the European Union (Payment Services) Regulations 2018 and any law that amends or replaces them. Some Terms and Conditions are written to make clear they apply only if PSR applies to the Account. For example, PSR applies to accounts where the customer uses the account for payment transactions and can place, transfer or withdraw funds without any restriction. We call such accounts PSR regulated;
PSA means each of the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA.
BPSAA means the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 and regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
MOC means the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.
CMPPA Agreement means the CMPPA Agreement between the SSA and CHHS.
GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.
Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
WGS means the Whole Game System and the procedures for the operation thereof as determined by The FA from time to time.
Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
Program Support Agreement means and includes any Liquidity Agreement and any other agreement entered into by any Program Support Provider providing for: (a) the issuance of one or more letters of credit for the account of any Conduit Purchaser, (b) the issuance of one or more surety bonds for which the such Conduit Purchaser is obligated to reimburse the applicable Program Support Provider for any drawings thereunder, (c) the sale by such Conduit Purchaser to any Program Support Provider of the Purchased Interest (or portions thereof) maintained by such Conduit Purchaser and/or (d) the making of loans and/or other extensions of credit to any Conduit Purchaser in connection with such Conduit Purchaser’s securitization program contemplated in this Agreement, together with any letter of credit, surety bond or other instrument issued thereunder.
