RN Members definition

RN Members means those persons who subscribe to one of the RN Rewards Programs or to an RN Partners Program but specifically excludes Participating Members.

Examples of RN Members in a sentence

  • Both Parties acknowledge that Participating Members are not RN Members and that RN may not initiate direct communication with such members, except to the extent specifically agreed to by Upromise in writing.

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Association Member means an owner or a member of an association.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;
