Examples of ROFO Closing Period in a sentence

  • The consummation of any purchase of the Offered Stock by the Company pursuant to this right of first offer (the "ROFO Closing") will occur no more than 20 calendar days following the delivery of the Acceptance Notice (such 20 calendar day period being referred to herein as the "ROFO Closing Period") at such time of day and place as may be mutually agreed upon by the Offering Stockholder and the Company.

  • Pre-Closing Period means any taxable period ending on or before the Closing Date.
