Rollout Date definition

Rollout Date means the date that Power Shopper has been through alpha testing, that changes and/or fixes arising out of alpha testing have been implemented by WORLDSPAN, and Power Shopper is then released to MICROSOFT for beta testing.
Rollout Date means the later of the Benefit Measurement Date or the fifteenth anniversary of the date of this Agreement, but in no event later than the death of the Executive; provided, however, that the Company may accelerate the Rollout Date to a date specified by the Company, but in no event earlier than the Benefit Measurement Date, and only if at such Rollout Date, in any case governed by Section 6(a)(i), the Cash Surrender Value equals or exceeds the Minimum Retirement Cash Value.
Rollout Date means that date on which Adviser has made all of the Services provided under this Agreement available to participants.

Rollout Date means that date on which Adviser has made all of the services provided under this Agreement available to Participants.

Related to Rollout Date

  • Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Original Closing Date means the "Closing Date" as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Execution Date has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
