Rollout Date definition

Rollout Date means the date that Power Shopper has been through alpha testing, that changes and/or fixes arising out of alpha testing have been implemented by WORLDSPAN, and Power Shopper is then released to MICROSOFT for beta testing.
Rollout Date means the later of the Benefit Measurement Date or the fifteenth anniversary of the date of this Agreement, but in no event later than the death of the Executive; provided, however, that the Company may accelerate the Rollout Date to a date specified by the Company, but in no event earlier than the Benefit Measurement Date, and only if at such Rollout Date the Cash Surrender Value equals or exceeds the Minimum Retirement Cash Value.

  • Step-Out Date means the date that is 20 Business Days after the date of a Step-Out Notice;
