Rollover Reserve Deposit definition

Rollover Reserve Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1 hereof.
Rollover Reserve Deposit means:
Rollover Reserve Deposit means collectively, the Initial Rollover Reserve Deposit and, if applicable, the Additional Rollover Reserve Deposit.
