Roof Top Garden Space definition

Roof Top Garden Space means up to 10,000 Square Feet of space on the floor designated as the 52nd (Main Roof) floor of the Building, as shown on, and in conformity with, the schematic design plan drawing listed on Exhibit I-1 attached to the Initial Ground Lease as numbered A1053.
Roof Top Garden Space means that portion of the Special FC Limited Areas as shown on Exhibit F annexed hereto, a portion of which, up to [***] square feet shall be permitted to be Tenant’ Roof Top Space hereunder.

More Definitions of Roof Top Garden Space

Roof Top Garden Space means that portion of the Special FC Limited Areas as shown on Exhibit F annexed hereto and made a part hereof as such portion may be revised to reflect the final location of the Tenant’s Roof Top Space as shown on the RTS Final CDs and the enclosed area(s) thereon as mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant (each acting reasonably and in good faith); it being agreed that the enclosed area(s) thereon shall not be less than 2,500 useable square feet in the aggregate (subject to Tenant’s right, if applicable, during the RTS Election Period, to elect to not have the Enclosed Roof Top Space in Tenant’s Roof Top Space) and that upon agreement of such final location, Exhibit F will be modified to reflect the same.
Roof Top Garden Space has the meaning set forth in Section 34.1(b) hereof.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.
