ROUTE SURVEY definition

ROUTE SURVEY means the route survey described in the Route Survey, Cable Loading and Marine Operations section of the Technical Volume.

ROUTE SURVEY means the route survey described in the Technical Volume. * Material omitted and separately filed with the Commission under an application for confidential treatment.

  • Land surveyor means the land surveyor appointed by the Seller, to act as such from time to time in respect of the Development or a member of a firm so appointed.

As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.
