Routine M&R definition

Routine M&R means those activities completed in the routine maintenance and repair of a Highway, as contemplated in the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended and all applicable regulations, including without limitation, the Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways Regulation, O.Reg. 239/02, as amended and as they exist from time to time, or any successor regulation(s) or statute(s) (collectively referred to as the “Maintenance Legislation”), and which shall be conducted in accordance with the specifications contained in the Maintenance Legislation and in this Agreement. For greater certainty, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ M&R does not include Capital Improvement. Activities considered to be Routine M&R, include but are not limited to the activities listed in Schedule “D”.

Routine M&R means those activities completed in the routine maintenance and repair of a Highway, as set out in the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended and all applicable regulations, including without limitation, the Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways Regulation, O.Reg. 239/02, as amended and as they exist from time to time, or any successor regulation(s) or statute(s) (collectively referred to as the “Maintenance Legislation”), and which shall be conducted in accordance with the specifications contained in the Maintenance Legislation and in this Agreement. Related to Routine M&R

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • frequency ride through as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over- frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis. The term “voltage ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-voltage and over-voltage conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis.

  • Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
