  • At **CLEC’s request, CenturyLink will make Routine Network Modifications to unbundled loops and Dedicated Transport to the extent required by Applicable Law, as more fully set forth below in Sections 80.3 and 82.6, respectively.

Related to Routine Network Modifications

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
