Royalty Sublicense Income definition

Royalty Sublicense Income means royalties received from a Sublicensee.
Royalty Sublicense Income means earned or running royalties on sales of Licensed Products and/or Licensed Services sold or provided by Sublicensees that are received by LICENSEE and/or its Affiliates. For the purpose of clarity, none of the deductions listed under Subsection 5.5(d)(ii) qualify as eligible deductions from Royalty Sublicense Income.
