  • If you hold any International Sharesave Options which mature before Completion of the Acquisition, you must follow the instructions in the maturity email sent to you if you wish to use your savings to buy RSA Shares at a discount (see section 9 of this letter).

  • Receipt of cash proceeds for your RSA Shares from Bidco will be treated for capital gains tax (“CGT”) purposes as a disposal of all the RSA Shares you acquire on exercise of your UK Sharesave Options.
