RSA Term Sheet definition

RSA Term Sheet means the Restructuring Term Sheet attached as Exhibit A to the Restructuring Support Agreement.
RSA Term Sheet. Risk Sharing Term Sheet, dated as of May 6, 2009, among Chrysler LLC, XxxXx and the Borrower, and all other related documentation, each as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with Section 6.13.
RSA Term Sheet means the term sheet referred to and attached to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any Floating Interest Period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions.
