Rulings Applications definition

Rulings Applications means all of the letter submissions made by or on behalf of EnCana to the CRA or the IRS concerning the subject matter hereof prior to the date of this Agreement, together with all such letter submissions made in connection therewith on or after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Date;
Rulings Applications means all the applications for an advance tax ruling or letter submissions made to the CRA, any Provincial Revenue Authority or the IRS concerning the subject matter hereof (including, for greater certainty, any aspect of the Plan of Arrangement) prior to the date of this Agreement, and all such letter submissions made on or after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Date.
Rulings Applications means all of the letter submissions made by or on behalf of TC Energy to the CRA or the IRS concerning the Arrangement and certain related transactions prior to the date hereof, together with all such letter submissions made in connection therewith on or after the date hereof.

Rulings Applications means all the letter or email submissions made to the CCRA or any Provincial Revenue Authority concerning the subject matter hereof prior to the date of this Agreement, and all such letter or email submissions made on or after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Date provided that any such letter or email submission has been made available to each applicable Party and such Party has had an opportunity to correct any factual inaccuracies in a timely manner.

  • FCC Applications has the meaning specified in Section 5.3(a).

  • StarCompliance Code of Ethics application means the web-based application used to electronically pre-clear personal securities transactions and file many of the reports required herein. The application can be accessed via the AB network at: https://alliance-ng.starcompliance.com/.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Applications means all of the following: “New Drug Application” (“NDA”), “Abbreviated New Drug Application” (“ANDA”), “Supplemental New Drug Application” (“SNDA”), or “Marketing Authorization Application” (“MAA”), the applications for a Product filed or to be filed with the FDA pursuant to 21 C.F.R. Part 314 et seq., and all supplements, amendments, and revisions thereto, any preparatory work, registration dossier, drafts and data necessary for the preparation thereof, and all correspondence between the Respondent and the FDA related thereto. The term “Application” also includes an “Investigational New Drug Application” (“IND”) filed or to be filed with the FDA pursuant to 21 C.F.R. Part 312, and all supplements, amendments, and revisions thereto, any preparatory work, registration dossier, drafts and data necessary for the preparation thereof, and all correspondence between the Respondent and the FDA related thereto.

  • Date of application means the ef- fective date of an Application for Com- pensation filed with A.I.D. pursuant to§ 204.21 of this part.

  • Application Money shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 1.11; “Association” shall mean the body to be created by the Apartment Acquirers;

  • Council of governments means a decision-making body in each county composed of membership including the county governing body and the mayors of each municipality in the county.

  • Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product. A Client Application installed in a Windows terminal server environment (e.g. Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform) is a Server Application.

  • Planning Application means the application for [outline/full] planning permission dated [ ] bearing the Council’s reference number [ ];

  • Drug Application means a new drug application, an abbreviated drug application, or a product license application for any Product, as appropriate, as those terms are defined in the FDCA.

  • Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.

  • PCT means the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
