Rural Development definition

Rural Development means a Development that is, or will be located within a Rural Area. RHS 538 projects are not eligible for the Rural 515 set-aside, but may qualify under other set- asides.
Rural Development means economic and community development actions or initiatives taken to improve the economy and quality of life of communities and individuals in non-urban areas.
