Rural Electrification Fund Manual definition

Rural Electrification Fund Manual means a manual setting forth administrative, financial and accounting procedures governing the disbursement of Part B.1 (b) of the Project, and such term includes all schedules and amendments to said Rural Electrification Fund Manual.
Rural Electrification Fund Manual means (Manuel du Fonds d’Electrification Rurale) means the Recipient’s document, dated September 2004, agreed with the World Bank and setting out administrative, financial, and accounting arrangements and procedures for purposes of the operation of the Rural Electrification Fund, including the disbursement of Rural Electrification Fund financing, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the World Bank, and such term includes any schedules to said Manual.
Rural Electrification Fund Manual. (Xxxxxx du Fonds d’Electrification Rurale) means the Recipient’s document, dated September 2004, agreed with the Association and setting out administrative, financial, and accounting arrangements and procedures for purposes of the operation of the Rural Electrification Fund, including the disbursement of Rural Electrification Fund financing, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to said Manual.

  • National Flood Insurance Program means the program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as revised by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, that mandates the purchase of flood insurance to cover real property improvements located in Special Flood Hazard Areas in participating communities and provides protection to property owners through a Federal insurance program.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of a medication or device by ingestion, inhalation, injection or any other means, whether self-administered by a resident, or administered by a guardian (for a minor), or an authorized health care provider.

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program. A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.
