Rxx Agreement definition

Rxx Agreement means the agreement dated the date hereof between MDS, Rixco and Rxx pursuant to which, among other things, Rixco agrees to sell to MDS the Rxx Partnership Interests (as defined in the Rxx Agreement) and MDS agrees to purchase the Rxx Partnership Interests and assume the Rxx Liabilities (as defined in the Rxx Agreement) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such agreement, as such agreement may be supplemented, amended, restated or replaced from time to time;
