  • SABINE shall deliver to Customer and all Other Customers a copy of the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual and any amendments thereto promptly after they have been finalized or amended, as the case may be.

  • The receipt of LNG from an LNG Vessel at the Receipt Point shall be carried out by use of pumps and other equipment on the LNG Vessel under such reasonable and customary conditions as are specified in the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual.

  • If Customer and SABINE are unable to reach agreement upon revisions to the Preliminary Marine Operations Manual or any revisions thereto, SABINE shall determine the content of the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual, using commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Customer’s comments.

  • SABINE and Customer shall comply with such Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual in all respects.

  • SABINE and Customer shall discuss in good faith with the objective of developing a services manual applicable to Customer that contains detailed implementation procedures necessary for performance of this Agreement with regard to the matters set forth in Exhibit B (but excluding the matters governed by the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual).

  • The receipt of LNG from an LNG Vessel at the LNG Transfer Point shall be carried out by use of pumps and other equipment on the LNG Vessel under such reasonable and customary conditions as are specified in the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual.

  • SABINE will undertake to develop a Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual that is consistent with this Agreement; however, in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • If (a) Customer does not submit the foregoing notice to SABINE on a timely basis or (b) Customer and SABINE meet and are able to agree upon revisions to the Preliminary Marine Operations Manual, then such manual, as so revised, shall constitute the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.
