SAFE Designated Bank definition

SAFE Designated Bank means a bank designated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC and/or its competent provincial or local counterparts to handle outbound investment foreign exchange registration.
SAFE Designated Bank shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b) hereof.

  • Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by each Holder;

  • Eligible Designee means a special purpose corporation, partnership, trust, limited partnership or limited liability company that is administered by the respective Designating Lender or an Affiliate of such Designating Lender and (i) is organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state thereof, (ii) is engaged primarily in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and (iii) issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least A-1 or the equivalent thereof by S&P or P-1 or the equivalent thereof by Xxxxx’x.

  • Obligated bank means the issuer of a cashier's check or teller's check or the acceptor of a certified check.

  • Nominated Bank Account means MDL’s bank account as notified by MDL to the other Party from time to time.

  • Affected Bank has the meaning specified in Section 3.07.

  • Designated Financial Institution shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.12(a).

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (i) other than with respect to Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, August 28, 2022, (ii) the date the Revolving Credit Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.13(b) or 2.14, (iii) the date of the termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments pursuant to Section 8.2, and (iv) solely with respect to any Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, the applicable Extended Maturity Date.

  • Initial Revolving Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Person, the commitment of such Person to make Initial Revolving Loans (and acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans) hereunder as set forth on the Commitment Schedule, or in the Assignment Agreement pursuant to which such Person assumed its Initial Revolving Credit Commitment, as applicable, as the same may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.09 or 2.19, (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.05 or (c) increased pursuant to Section 2.22. The aggregate amount of the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments as of the Closing Date is $75,000,000.

  • Participating institution means an "institution" as defined in KRS 164.001 that actively participates in the federal Pell Grant program, executes a contract with the authority on terms the authority deems necessary or appropriate for the administration of its programs, and:

  • Participating Financial Institution means a Financial Institution that has been approved by the Authority to enroll Qualified Loans in the Program and has agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in the Law and this Article and as may be required by any applicable federal law providing matching funding.

  • Revolving Commitment Termination Date means the earliest of (i) November 3, 2017, (ii) the date on which the Revolving Commitments are terminated pursuant to Section 2.9 and (iii) the date on which all amounts outstanding under this Agreement have been declared or have automatically become due and payable (whether by acceleration or otherwise); provided, that, with respect to any Extended Revolving Commitment (and the Extended Revolving Loans made pursuant thereto), the termination date set forth in the Extension Offer with respect thereto.

  • Licensed financial institution means a financial institution issued a license under this act.

  • Term Loan Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the Amendment No. 9 Effective Date, (b) the date the Term Loan Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to 2.01(b) and (c) the date of the termination of the Term Loan Commitments pursuant to Section 9.01.

  • Revolving Credit Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Current Termination Date then in effect and (ii) the date of termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05(a) or 6.01.

  • Revolving Loan Commitment Termination Date means the earliest of

  • Qualified Bank means a U.S. commercial bank or the U.S. branch office of a foreign bank, in either case, having (x) assets on its most recent audited balance sheet of at least $10,000,000,000 and (y) a rating for its senior long-term unsecured debt obligations of at least (A) “A-” by S&P and “A3” by Moody’s, if such entity is rated by both S&P and Moody’s or (B) “A-” by S&P or “A3” by Moody’s, if such entity is rated by either S&P or Moody’s but not both.
