SAFE Framework definition

SAFE Framework means the SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade, adopted at the June 2005 World Customs Organisation Session in Brussels and as updated from time to time; and

  • Supplier’s Supply Chain Security Program shall align to the World Customs Organization’s SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade (“SAFE Framework”) or other global security programs recognized by the World Customs Organization.

Related to SAFE Framework

  • Framework means the framework arrangements established by the Authority for the provision of the Services to Contracting Bodies by suppliers (including the Supplier) pursuant to the OJEU Notice;
