Safety sensitive task means each category of work performed at a construction workplace which, if performed by a person impaired by the effects of alcohol or a controlled substance:

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.

  • Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).
