Each Department Head shall include in the annual departmental budget a pay adjustment section to provide funds for anticipated pay adjustments, with expenditures to be made only in accordance with this Salary Administration Plan and with the approval of the Personnel Board.
Non-exempt employees subject to this Salary Administration Plan shall be paid for one and one-half hours worked for any hour worked in the excess of forty in their weekly pay period, provided such extra hours were authorized by the Department Head.
The Personnel Board shall administer the Salary Administration Plan and shall establish such policies, procedures and regulations as it deems necessary for the administration of the Plan.
