Sale Approval Motion definition

Sale Approval Motion means the Receiver’s anticipated motion for the Approval and Vesting Order;
Sale Approval Motion means the motion filed by the Seller in the Bankruptcy Cases seeking entry of the Sale Approval Order.
Sale Approval Motion means the motion seeking approval of the Sale Approval Order, as described in Clause 12.10.
