Sale Orders means one or more orders of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Sale Transactions, including, but not limited to, the Order (I) Approving Asset Purchase Agreement Among the Debtors and Village Super Market, Inc.; (II) Authorizing Sale of Certain of the Debtors’ Assets Free and Clear of Liens, Claims, Interests, and Encumbrances; (III) Authorizing Assumption and Assignment of Certain Executory Contracts and Leases in Connection Therewith; and (IV) Granting Related Relief (ECF No. 449); the Order (I) Approving Asset Purchase Agreement Among the Debtors and Seven Seas Georgetowne, LLC; (II) Authorizing Sale of Certain of the Debtors’ Assets Free and Clear of Liens, Claims, Interests, and Encumbrances; (III) Authorizing Assumption and Assignment of Certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases in Connection Therewith; and (IV) Granting Related Relief (ECF No. 448); and the Order (I) Approving Asset Purchase Agreement Among the Debtors and Amazon Retail LLC; (II) Authorizing Sale of Certain of the Debtors’ Assets Free and Clear of Liens, Claims, Interests, and Encumbrances; (III) Authorizing Assumption and Assignment of Certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases in Connection Therewith; and (IV) Granting Related Relief (ECF No. 445).
Sale Orders means the Cayman Sale Order and the US Sale Order.
Sale Orders means the Sonic Sale Order and the MOD Sale Order.

  • Sale Orders and release orders will be made out only in the name of actual Bidder or tenderer (Sold-to-Party).
