Building One definition

Building One means that certain single story building located on the Real Property consisting of approximately 36,750 square feet.
Building One or “the Building” shall mean Building One located at One Avenue of the Palms, Treasure Island, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Building One means the laboratory building of not less than one hundred twenty-four thousand seven hundred sixty-seven (124,767) square feet and associated improvements to be constructed on Parcel 1 of the Property pursuant to the Building One Plans and Specifications and the Site Improvement Plans and Specifications.
