Sales and Marketing Agreement definition

Sales and Marketing Agreement means the Sales and Marketing Agreement (No. 2007-NA-SMT001) by and between ACI and IBM dated the date hereof, together with all exhibits, annexes and attachments thereto, as the same may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time.
