Sale Agent definition

Sale Agent means both GWM Group, Inc. and GWM LTD.

Sale Agent means the nominee appointed by Prudential to sell or facilitate the sale of our Class A common stock under the Share Sale Option.

Sale Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11 hereof.

Sale Agent means the nominee being appointed to sell or facilitate the sale of the Clean TeQ Water Shares to which the Ineligible Foreign Shareholders and Selling Shareholders are entitled.
