Sales Commission Program definition

Sales Commission Program means the programs listed on Exhibit B of this Agreement.

Sales Commission Program means the programs listed on Annex C of this Agreement. “Short Term Incentive Plan” means the Plans listed on Annex D of this Agreement. “Spinco Business” has the meaning ascribed to it in the Distribution Agreement.

Related to Sales Commission Program

  • Selling Commission means three percent (3.0%) of the gross proceeds of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed between the Company and the Agent with respect to any Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement.
