Sales Tax Effective Date definition

Sales Tax Effective Date means the date commencing as of the date that the Village Center first has Sales Tax or Hotel Occupancy Tax allocable to the City and ends with the Term of this Agreement.

  • Additional Effective Date means the date the Additional Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC.
