Membership Policies. If accepted into membership, Applicant agrees to conform to and be bound by the terms and provisions of this Application and Agreement, the Membership Plan, the Rules and Regulations, any written membership policies of the Club and any other Membership Documents, as they each may be amended from time to time. Applicant further understands that agreeing to be bound by the Membership Documents is a condition for Membership in the Club. Applicant hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Membership Plan and the Rules and Regulations of the Club. Applicant acknowledges that the Membership Plan sets forth exclusive procedures for the resolution of disputes and Applicant, on behalf of Applicant and Applicant’s Immediate Family, hereby agrees to be bound by the same.
Membership Policies. A. Each Member Agency/Organization shall appoint up to three (3) individuals to serve as a Member Representative on the NW MN CoC; B. Additional agency staff, administration, or board members are invited to attend NW MN CoC meetings and participate on committees; C. Member Agencies are expected to strive for 100% attendance at all scheduled meetings/activities; D. If a representative is unable to attend a scheduled NW MN CoC or Committee Meeting, an alternative representative should be appointed to attend in the member representatives’ absence; E. At each meeting, voting rights shall be given to only one (1) representative from each member agency; F. Member Agencies must have had representation at 50% of the last 10 meetings to be afforded voting privileges; G. Representatives should come to each meeting prepared to actively participate; H. All members are expected to abide by the NW MN CoC Code of Conduct while participating in organizational meetings or representing the NW MN CoC; I. Member Agencies are responsible for notifying the NW MN CoC Coordinator of any changes in contact information for their agency or of their Member Representative.

APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGES THE MEMBERSHIP DOCCUMENTS PROVIDE THE DETAILS REGARDING THE CLUB’S MEMBERSHIP POLICIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVISIONS IN THE EVENT OF DIVORCE, FOR ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES, RESIGNATION, THE REDEMPTION OF MEMBERSHIPS BY THE CLUB IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS, DISCIPLINARY ACTION, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND THEFT. APPLICANT HEREBY AGREES TO ALL SUCH PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE MEMBERSHIP DOCUMENTS AS EACH MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. IN ADDITION, APPLICANT HEREBY FULLY RELEASES AND DISCHARGES THE CLUB, THE OWNER AND THE MANAGER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AFFILIATES AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES) FROM ANY LIABILITY, INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “CLAIMS”) ARISING FROM APPLICANT’S USE OF THE CLUB’S FACILITIES, EVEN IF SUCH CLAIMS ARISE IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. By providing the address(es) (including e-mail), phone numbers(s), and fax number(s) above, Applicant hereby gives the Club Applicant’s express written permission to contact Applicant at each number or address in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Club’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Club’s website. Applicant acknowledges that the Club values Applicant’s right to privacy. Applicant understands that Applicant can revoke this consent at any time by contacting the Club in writing. Membership Policies. A membership coordinator at Ageless LLC handles member additions. If the primary member cancels his/her membership for any reason, the secondary member will immediately begin paying the primary member’s rate (the higher rate of the two).

If a representative is unable to attend a scheduled Task Force or Committee Meeting, an alternative representative should be appointed to attend in the member representatives’ absence; E. At each meeting, voting rights shall be given to only one (1) representative from each member agency; F. Member Agencies without consistent representation (missing 3 or more meetings annually), will forfeit voting privileges for that year; G. Representatives should come to each meeting prepared to actively participate; H. All members are expected to abide by the Homeless to Housed Code of Conduct while participating in organizational meetings or representing the Task Force; I. Member Agencies are responsible for notifying the Homeless to Housed Coordinator of any changes in contact information for their agency or of their Member Representative.
Membership Policies. CLUB ADDRESS & CONTACT INFORMATION — SOUTH YUBA CLUB, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95945. xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (000) 000-0000 MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS—You must be at least 18 years of age and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your SOUTH YUBA CLUB membership is for you alone; it cannot be transferred or sold. It may be terminated or suspended for violation of Club rules. MEMBERSHIP FEES—There is a processing fee due at the time you sign up. Dues may be paid monthly or annually. Monthly dues are payable in advance each month and annual dues are paid one year in advance. If you cancel your membership or you let your membership lapse, you will need to pay a new processing fee to rejoin. Except as provided in paragraph 4, the processing fee is non-refundable. Your monthly dues depend on the membership plan you select. We require electronic funds transfer (bank account or credit card) for payment of monthly dues. All charges are billed each month on the billing date you choose when you join. If your account becomes past due for any reason, you will be charged a late fee and your membership will be suspended until your account is current. Accounts over 60 days past due will be terminated and referred to a collection agency. There is a $25 service fee on overdue balances and for unsuccessful attempts to debit bank accounts or charge credit card accounts. Our dues and fees may change from time to time as well as certain services and classes. We will do our best to notify you in advance of any such changes. ON ACCOUNT CHARGES—You may charge drinks and stuff to your account. These charges will be billed along with your membership fees on your chosen billing date each month. After you’ve terminated, you authorize us to use the existing EFT information on file to pay for your final month’s on account charges and/or membership dues and any applicable buy-out fees. FREEZE—Freezes may be taken for a minimum of 1 month, must be taken in month long increments (from billing date to billing date). Monthly memberships are charged $10 per month during the sabbatical period. Annual paid in full membership terms are extended based on the length of the sabbatical period. Requests must be made in writing, received at least 5 days prior to your membership billing date, to take effect the following month and cannot be retroactive. Regular dues automatically resume on your billing date the month of which your freeze expires; you will not be notified.

This is to protect the integrity of our memberships. ● Once you have provided your notice of cancellation, you will continue to have the right to redeem any unused credits associated with your account through the end of your final billing cycle. ● Fjord Plunge reserves the right to increase the price for memberships. We will use reasonable efforts to provide you with a written notice of a membership price increase at least 60 days prior to this taking effect. ● We may occasionally need to close various pieces of equipment for repair or maintenance. ● We do not provide refunds on memberships or packages purchased. Our policy of not accepting refunds is due to the nature of the services we provide. We offer access to facilities, equipment, and services that are costly to maintain and require ongoing expenses. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for memberships or packages, as we have already incurred costs in providing these services. We encourage you to carefully review our membership and package options before making a purchase.

  • BOARD POLICIES The Borrower shall not modify the terms of any policy or resolutions of its board of directors if such modification could reasonably be expected to have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Employment Policies The employment relationship between the parties shall also be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, including those relating to protection of confidential information and assignment of inventions, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.

  • EMPLOYMENT POLICY AND UNION MEMBERSHIP 5.01 The Union and the Employer will cooperate in maintaining a desirable and competent labour force. The Employer will notify the Union of manpower requirements giving as much prior notice as possible. The Union will provide a list of manpower available. The Employer at its discretion may hire employees so listed or from other sources. 5.02 The Employer has the right to hire new employees as needed, provided that no new employee(s) will be hired while there are available employees on layoff qualified to do the work. 5.03 New employees will be hired on a three (3) month probationary period, and thereafter shall attain regular employment status. Their respective seniority shall be dated back to the date of their last hiring by the Employer. 5.04 Probationary employees are covered by the Agreement, excepting those provisions which specifically exclude such employees. 5.05 The Employer and the Union will endeavour to make use of an apprenticeship program for employees hired in the Skilled Xxxxxxx Helper and Xxxxxxx Helper classifications. The parties recognize the Employer's legitimate concern to maintain control over the availability of manpower especially at peak work periods. 5.06 Neither the Employer nor the Union will compel employees to join the Union. The Employer will not discriminate against any employees because of Union membership or lack of it, and will inform all new employees of the contractual relationship between the Employer and the Union. Before commencing work, any new employee will be referred by the Employer to a xxxxxxx or Local 52 Representative in order to give such xxxxxxx or Local 52 Representative an opportunity to describe the Union's purposes and representation policies to such new employees.
