Salmon conservation plan means a plan and all implementing regulations and procedures including, but not limited to, land use management adopted by ordinance, capital projects, public education activities and enforcement programs for conservation and recovery of salmon within a water resource inventory area designated by the state under WAC 173-500-040.

Salmon conservation plan means a plan and all implementing regulations and procedures including, but not limited to, land use management adopted by ordinance, capital projects, public education activities and enforcement programs for conservation and recovery of salmon within a water resource inventory area designated by the state under WAC 173-500-040. OOGG. “Shared facility” means a drainage facility designed to meet one or more of the requirements of KMC 13.35.050 for two or more separate projects contained within a basin as defined in this section. Shared facilities usually include shared financial commitments for those drainage facilities.
