Resource Inventory. Local participating agencies will submit a resource inventory form to their County Director. County Directors will consolidate this information into the state-wide resource database. Each applicable state agency will also maintain an updated inventory of resources available for response within the scope of the Agreement. The database will be the primary source for identifying potential equipment, vehicle and personnel resources. Appendix D contains a copy of a sample Resource Inventory Form.

Resource Inventory. The City will work to maintain an inventory of archeological and architectural resources in the City of Richmond for which evaluation is needed or that are listed on, eligible for, potentially eligible for, or ineligible for the NRHP, including districts, buildings, structures, sites, and objects. The City has developed sensitivity maps for both architectural and archaeological resources within the City’s jurisdiction. These maps will serve as a preliminary identification of listed, eligible, and ineligible resources and as a basis for future inventories. Two (2) electronic data tools to be used to manage the inventory are as follows: A. The SHPO’s Virginia Cultural Resource Information System (VCRIS) 1. The City will use VCRIS to submit data on districts and individual properties to the SHPO identified as a part of the City inventory. In the preparation of individual survey records for VCRIS, the City will comply with the documentation requirements of the SHPO and submit all necessary supporting documentation.
Resource Inventory. A. The signatory agencies agree to fund apparatus, equipment, training, medical monitoring, and personal protective equipment as may be required by the fiscal agent specified in Section 6E to meet state and federal OSHA regulations pertaining to hazardous materials release response. B. Each signatory agency shall provide the HMRT, when requested, with available information concerning the storage location and use of hazardous materials in its jurisdiction for reference by the HMRT.

All resources should be categorized using the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Resource Inventory Tracker database hosted by the Idaho Bureau of Homeland Security. The participating agencies should update their resource inventory as needed or at least annually utilizing BHS Resource Inventory Tracker. The District Coordinators will utilize the BHS Resource Inventory Tracker as a guide to determine availability of resources to fill requests for assistance. This Plan will use the federally recognized NIMS Typed Resource Definitions Standards for Fire and Hazardous Materials Resources, FEMA Publication FEMA 508-4. To access to BHS Resource Inventory Tracker database, visit: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/Pages/Plans/NIMS/ResourceManagement.aspx. The BHS NIMS Coordinator will assist Idaho Fire Departments with access to the BHS Tracker database.

Resource Inventory. Updated listing by each Signatory of resources that would be most likely to be shared under the Agreement, including the anticipated cost reimbursement rates. This listing, which is not envisioned to be comprehensive, would include: (a) Deployable personnel teams, (b) Field or other equipment, (c) Material stockpiles and expendables.

The boundary provided by the City will be used to extract the features. Files extracted will be transmitted to the City in January, April, July, and October. The City will incorporate this information into its Resource Inventory. The archeological resource information provided in these updates will only be used by staff administering the Section 106 process for Section 106 purposes.
