  • Audit Period means the seven year period following Contractor’s provision of any work under the Contract.

  • Credit Period has the meaning given to it in Section 42(f)(1) of the Code.

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • Deposit Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning immediately following the preceding Deposit Period (or, in the case of the Deposit Period that is applicable to the first Payment Date, beginning on the first day of the month in which such first Payment Date occurs) and ending at the close of business on such Payment Date.

  • Benchmark Unavailability Period means, the period (if any) (a) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.23 and (b) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.23.

  • Services Period refers to the period of time for which You have ordered Cloud Services as specified in Your order.

  • Streamline Period is, on and after the Effective Date, provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the period (a) commencing on the first day of the month following the day that Borrower provides to Bank a written report that Borrower has, at all times during the immediately preceding month, maintained an Adjusted Quick Ratio, as determined by Bank in its sole discretion, of at least the Required Streamline Ratio; and (b) terminating on the earlier to occur of (i) the occurrence of an Event of Default, and (ii) the first day thereafter in which Borrower fails to maintain the Required Streamline Ratio, as determined by Bank in its sole discretion. Upon the termination of a Streamline Period, Borrower must maintain the Required Streamline Ratio each consecutive day for one (1) fiscal quarter as determined by Bank in its sole discretion, prior to entering into a subsequent Streamline Period. Borrower shall give Bank prior written notice of Borrower’s election to enter into any such Streamline Period, and each such Streamline Period shall commence on the first day of the monthly period following the date Bank determines, in its sole discretion, that the Required Streamline Ratio has been achieved.

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Agreement Period shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Disbursement Period means the period during which Grant Funds may be disbursed.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;

This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

  • Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to:
