Audit Period means the seven year period following Contractor’s provision of any work under the Contract.
Credit Period means with respect to any building that is included in a Tax Credit Project, the period of 10 years beginning with (i) the taxable year in which the building is Placed In Service, or (ii) at the election of the Developer, the succeeding taxable year.
PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).
Deposit Period A calendar week, a calendar month, a calendar quarter, or any other period of time specified by Aetna during which the Net Purchase Payment and Reinvestments are accepted into the AMG Account for one or more Guaranteed Periods. Aetna reserves the right to extend the Deposit Period.
Benchmark Unavailability Period means, the period (if any) (a) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14 and (b) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14.
Services Period refers to the period of time for which You have ordered Cloud Services as specified in Your order.
Streamline Period is, on and after the Effective Date, provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the period (a) commencing on the first day of the month following the day that Co-Borrowers provide to Bank a written report that Co-Borrowers have, for each consecutive day in the immediately preceding month maintained Net Cash, as determined by Bank in its discretion, in an amount at all times greater than Twelve Million Dollars ($12,000,000) (the “Streamline Balance”); and (b) terminating on the earlier to occur of (i) the occurrence of an Event of Default, and (ii) the first day thereafter in which Co-Borrowers fail to maintain the Streamline Balance, as determined by Bank in its discretion. Upon the termination of a Streamline Period, Co-Borrowers must maintain the Streamline Balance each consecutive day for one (1) fiscal quarter as determined by Bank in its discretion, prior to entering into a subsequent Streamline Period. Co-Borrowers shall give Bank prior written notice of Co-Borrowers’ election to enter into any such Streamline Period, and each such Streamline Period shall commence on the first day of the monthly period following the date Bank determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Streamline Balance has been achieved.
Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;
Agreement Period means the period between the Agreement Date and the Expiry Date, unless terminated earlier on the Termination Date;
Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);
Extended benefit period means a period which:
extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;
Put Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.
Examination Period means the last ten reporting cycles including the reporting cycle in which the involuntary examination is commenced except for instruments evidencing ownership, or rights to them or funds paid toward the purchase of them, or any dividend, capital credit, profit, distribution, interest, or payment on principal or other sum, held or owed by a holder, including funds deposited with a fiscal agent or fiduciary for payment of them, or pertaining to debt of a publicly traded corporation.
Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.
Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.
Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to:
Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.
Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.
Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;
Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
