Same Store Pool definition

Same Store Pool means, with respect to any calendar year, a pool of buildings owned by the Company or any of its subsidiaries as of the beginning of the prior calendar year with less than 5% of total rentable square feet under development, as adjusted to exclude (as applicable) buildings undergoing or expected to undergo, development activities during the applicable measurement period, buildings classified as held for sale, and buildings sold or contributed to joint ventures during the applicable measurement period, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion. ​
