Examples of Sample Collection Authority in a sentence
Doping Control Officer (or DCO): An official who has been trained and authorized by the Sample Collection Authority to carry out the responsibilities given to DCOs in the International Standard for Testing and Investigations.
In the terms of the contract, the commissioning Anti-Doping Organization (which, for these purposes, is the Testing Authority) may specify how any discretion afforded to a Sample Collection Authority under the International Standard for Testing and Investigations is to be exercised by the Sample Collection Authority when collecting Samples on its behalf.

Authority or Sample Collection Authority shall establish criteria for who may be authorized to be present during the Sample Collection Session in addition to the Sample Collection Personnel.
G.4.2 The Sample Collection Authority shall ensure that Sample Collection Personnel sign an agreement dealing with conflicts of interest, confidentiality and code of conduct.
Risk Assessment: The assessment of risk of doping in a sport or sports discipline conducted by an Anti-Doping Organization in accordance with Article 4.2. The Independent Witness shall be independent of the Athlete and his/her representative(s), the Laboratory, the Sample Collection Authority, the Testing Authority / Results Management Authority or WADA, as applicable.
