Sanction Date means the date that the Sanction Order is granted by the Court. “Sanction Order” means the Order of the Court sanctioning and approving this Plan.

Sanction Date means the date on which the Sanction Order is issued;

Sanction Date means the date on which the Condition in paragraph 2(iii) is satisfied.

SFC reserves the right to revoke or withdraw the Plan at any time prior to the Sanction Date, with the consent of the Monitor and the Initial Consenting Noteholders.

More Definitions of Sanction Date

Sanction Date means the date of sanction of the Scheme pursuant to Sections 449 to 455 of the Act and confirmation of the related reduction of capital involved therein by the High Court;
