Sanitary Sewer Service Line definition

Sanitary Sewer Service Line means that line extending from the sanitary sewer main to the building.
Sanitary Sewer Service Line means any line from a residential dwelling or commercial building which connects with the District's Sanitary Sewer Collection System, including any grease traps or other facilities constructed to prevent non-domestic waste from being introduced into the District's Sanitary Sewer Collection System. This service line is owned and maintained by the property owner of the residential dwelling or commercial building.
Sanitary Sewer Service Line or "Wastewater Service Line" means that portion of the privately-owned building sewer extending from the property line of the property served to the public sanitary sewer.

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.
