SATELLITE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT definition

SATELLITE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT means, collectively and individually, IRIDIUM SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT and other SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT that is operable on the IRIDIUM SYSTEM. SATELLITE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT specifically excludes any SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT that is operable on a TERRESTRIAL WIRELESS SYSTEM.
SATELLITE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT means SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT that is operable over any portion of the IRIDIUM SYSTEMS; provided that SATELLITE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT specifically excludes any SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT that is operable on a TERRESTRIAL WIRELESS SYSTEM other than DUAL MODE EQUIPMENT.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
