Savings Guarantee Commencement Date definition

Savings Guarantee Commencement Date means the first day of the first utility billing period following the month in which ESCO delivers to Customer the project warranty letter.
Savings Guarantee Commencement Date means the first day of the Owner’s first utility billing period following XXXX’x issuance of the Project Final Completion Letter, unless the parties agree in writing to a different Savings Guarantee Commencement Date.
