Savings Supplement Account definition

Savings Supplement Account means the record keeping account or accounts maintained to record the interest of each Participant under Article 5 of the Plan and the applicable Appendices. A Savings Supplement Account is established for record keeping purposes only and not to reflect the physical segregation of assets on the Participant’s behalf, and may consist of such subaccounts or balances as the Administrator may determine to be necessary or appropriate.

Examples of Savings Supplement Account in a sentence

  • Amounts credited to a Participant’s Savings Supplement Account shall reflect the investment experience of the Investment Options selected by the Participant.

  • In the absence of an effective election, the Participant’s Savings Supplement Account shall be deemed invested in the default fund specified for the Savings Plan (or any successor plan thereto).

  • A Participant may also elect to reallocate his or her Savings Supplement Account, and may elect to allocate any future deferrals, among the various Investment Options from time to time.

  • If a Participant who was covered by Appendix B becomes an officer who is covered by this Appendix A, the vesting provisions of this Appendix A shall apply to the Participant’s entire Savings Supplement Account.

  • Upon a Participant’s Separation from Service for any reason, the Participant shall be entitled to payment of the vested balance of the Participant’s Savings Supplement Account in cash in the manner specified in the applicable Appendix.

  • The right of a Participant, his Spouse or his beneficiary to receive a distribution hereunder shall be an unsecured claim, and neither the Participant, his Spouse nor any beneficiary shall have any rights in or against any amount credited to his Savings Supplement Account, any accrued benefit under Article 4 or any other specific assets of the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Plan, each Participant (or any Spouse or beneficiary thereof entitled to receive payments hereunder), including Participants (or Spouses or beneficiaries) receiving installment or annuity payments under the Plan, shall be entitled to receive a lump sum payment in cash of all amounts accumulated in such Participant’s Savings Supplement Account and the single sum Actuarial Equivalent value of the Participant’s accrued Pension Plan Supplement Benefits.

  • In the event that the Common Shares are not listed and posted for trading on any Exchange, the Fair Market Value shall be the fair market value of the Common Shares as determined by the Board in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith.

  • In the event of the Participant’s death prior to receiving all payments due under this Article 5, the vested balance of the Participant’s Savings Supplement Account shall be paid to the Participant’s beneficiary in a cash lump sum in the first calendar quarter or the third calendar quarter, whichever first occurs after the Participant’s death; provided that if the Participant dies prior to November 18, 2010, the death benefit shall be paid according to the prior provisions of the Plan.

  • In the event of the Participant’s death prior to receiving all payments due under this Article 5, the vested balance of the Participant’s Savings Supplement Account shall be paid to the Participant’s beneficiary in a cash lump sum in the first calendar quarter of the year following the year of the Participant’s death.

Related to Savings Supplement Account

  • Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Savings Account means an account, which is based on Mudarabah and its profit shall be calculated based on the profit earned on any balance maintained above the minimum threshold or average threshold (as may be agreed upon with the Bank).

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee for the benefit of the Holders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Notes will be held and from which the Property Trustee, through the Paying Agent, shall make payments to the Holders in accordance with Sections 3.1, 4.1 and 4.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Account Control Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Seller, Buyer, and U.S. Bank National Association, in form and substance acceptable to Buyer, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and which shall provide for Buyer control of the Collection Account as of the date of execution.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Principal Accumulation Account means the account designated as such, established and owned by the Issuer and maintained in accordance with Section 4.2.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Collection Account Agreement means each agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent, among the applicable Originator, a Seller, Collection Bank and the Agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Omnibus Account means any Shareholder Account the record owner of which is a registered broker-dealer which has agreed with the Transfer Agent to provide sub-transfer agent functions relating to each Sub-shareholder Account within such Shareholder Account as contemplated by this Schedule I in respect of each of the Funds.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).
