SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction Value Today means a payment instruction input by a Member to the Clearing House Computer for the effecting of a SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction for value through CHATS as of the Working Day on which the instruction is received by the Clearing House Computer. For the avoidance of doubt, if the instruction is received by the Clearing House Computer between a CHATS Value Date Cut-off and the following CHATS Commencement, it will be deemed to be received on the Working Day pertaining to that CHATS Commencement and value today shall be construed accordingly.

  • Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).

  • Payment Instructions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a) of the Loan Agreement.

  • LWDA PAGA Payment means the 75% of the PAGA Penalties paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).

  • Payment instrument means any personalised device(s) and/or set of procedures agreed between the payment service user and the payment service provider and used in order to initiate a payment order;

  • Half-value layer (HVL) means the thickness of specified material which attenuates the beam of radiation to an extent such that the AKR is reduced by one-half of its original value. In this definition, the contribution of all scattered radiation, other than any which might be present initially in the beam concerned, is deemed to be excluded.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Structured settlement payment rights means rights to receive periodic payments under a structured settlement, whether from the structured settlement obligor or the annuity issuer, where:
