Schedule A Services definition

Schedule A Services means those services performed for one or more of the entities set forth on Schedule A hereto (the “Schedule A Entities”); provided, however, that with respect to single family homes, such services shall be limited to managing investments in single family homes in which such entities have a financial interest (the “Permitted Single Family Home Services”).

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
