Schedule Castes definition

Schedule Castes means “Scheduled Castes as specified and laid down by the Government of India”.
Schedule Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of or groups within such castes, races or tribes as are deemed under article 341 of the Constitution of India to be scheduled castes;

  • Part VI means the Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Very low-income unit means a restricted unit that is affordable to a very low-income household.

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.

  • Qualified low-income community investment or “QLICI” shall have the same meaning as set forth in IRC § 45D(d) and 26 C.F.R. 1.45D-1(d).
